GETTING THERE: Climb to the top of Direct Road. Marked on the Interactive Trail Map as "Indirect Road", this is a spur of Direct that takes you up to Hot X Buns, and many other trails. A short signposted trail climbs further to the start of Minerals, as well as Tumeke and Tutaeata.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION:
A very rustic handbuilt trail, Minerals is a steep and very rutted line down through a stand of old pines.
GETTING OUT:
Delivers riders to Windy Road, from there it is an easy pedal to Forest Hub 2.
