Grade 2. Length 2 KM. Built in 2005 by James Dodds and RMTBC.

Starts from Nice Rd ends on Red Tank.
Part of the Chinese Menu group of trails. I rate Sweet & Sour the best of these as you don't get the big pinch at the beginning, like you do on Chop Suey. Sweet & Sour is all about momentum as it drops & climbs & winds its way through the bush. If you can keep the speed up you are A. going to whoop your mates & B. make the whole experience one to cherish. Allow your speed to scrub off & you will find it a bit of a grind. Definitely take these tracks versus riding up Pipeline - its easier than the rocks & more fun by far.
Good all year round.

Predominant Species
Douglas Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii)

Into Douglas fir. Ending on a high note, right beside the entrance to Be RudeNot 2.

Great family ride, while worth the climb up Nice Road. Makes a good loop with B rude not to and Mad if you don't.
