 IHC volunteers make an extraordinary difference by doing ordinary things!
IHC is looking for people out in the community who are willing to be friends with people with an intellectual disability.
This is a flexible programme, designed - to fit with the volunteer as much as possible.
IHC want to promote connections with individuals and the community - with differing activities like mountain biking and cycling.
Help introduce a disabled person enjoy the sport/recreation you love...
